This is NOT an infusion! Our lemon flavored olive oil is made using a blend of pitted green and black olives, cold pressed together with a profusion of fresh lemon zest. Because we remove the pits before we press, our lemon olive oil has a bright, zesty flavor without a hint of bitterness.
Our unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed from olives grown on our family farm, is a rich, natural source of antioxidants. We harvest and press our olives on the same day, ensuring a superiorly low acidity level (0.4% max). A lower acidity indicates that the olive fruit has undergone less damage, resulting in a healthier olive oil and a fresher, tastier flavor.
And unlike other flavored oils, this is not an infusion oil. That means it has a strong, robust flavor profile from being pressed together with ample fresh lemon peel.
A special oil to use in the kitchen for dipping, dressings, marinades, pasta, pesto, salads, bruschetta, hummus, or as a finishing oil. The options are endless!
